Terms of Service
The following service is created to provide the advertisers with information about web-sites, to which the rights holders involved in the service creation have claims.

The list of web-sites is made due to the preceding month complaints and is renewed during the first working week of the next month.

The information is being updated once a month, considering the issues that the rights holders are having or had with the web-sites whether or not these issues were solved in the corresponding month. For the newsletter subscribers the updated list will be sent accordingly to the notified e-mail.

Filling in a form to subscribe to newsletter, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, you agree that your personal data will be used for sending electronic newsletters with the latest list of the web-sites, to which the rights holders have claims, and for updating the information about changes and renewals of the service's operation, and you reserve the right to unsubscribe from any electronic newsletters.

All questions on the rights holders' issues with the web-sites should be addressed to the corresponding rights holders.

Using the following service's information you automatically agree with its terms.

Rights Holders are called to join up
Who Can Join Up
We invite the rights holders to join up with UAPA and "Clear Sky" Anti-Piracy Initiative so that they could together recognize the online-sources illegally using the intellectual property of the rights holders and to report of them to the advertisers, advertising agencies, Internet-hosts, payment service providers and all concerned by the violation of the intellectual property right. Those who share the following principles that united like-minded people in this initiative can join us up.

1. Commitment to the intellectual property right, to the right of a creator to get a fair reward for his work. Respect to those sources and efforts invested into creation of their works and understanding that the illegal monetization in the Internet limits the development of the audio-visual sphere.

2. Readiness to fight firmly for their product.

3. Participation in the internal work and external anti-piracy activity.

The concepts may be changed and added in the course of the Initiative's extension, changes in the social context or tasks of UAPA and Clear Sky.
